Before starting your registration application, please ensure you have read all the requirements and possess all the necessary documents. Note: If any of the above requirements is missing, your application will be rejected.
New Local NGO

- 01Request letter with the organization's official stamp, submitted to the office.
- 02Complete organizational profile.
- 03Details of the senior board members (Board CV and Photo).
- 04Letter certifying the members associated with the organization.
- 05Certified minutes, signed by the senior members of the organization.
- 06Details of the organization's assets (Vehicle, Office Equipment, etc.).
- 07Number of the organization's staff.
- 08The organization's work plan for the coming year.
Renew Local NGO

- 01Stamped renewal request letter from the organization.
- 02Complete organizational profile.
- 03Details of the senior Board members (CV, Photos).
- 04A copy of the last registration certificate issued to the organization.
- 05Letter certifying payment of staff taxes.
- 06Annual report of the organization's projects and finances if there were ongoing projects.
- 07A copy of agreements the organization had with donors if there were any contracts.
- 08Certified minutes, signed by the senior members of the organization.
- 09Work plan and budget for the coming year.
- 10Details of the organization's assets (vehicle, office, etc.).
New International NGO

- 03Registration certificate of Federal Government of Somalia.
- 04A detailed Project documents, outlining Objectives, Activities and timelines.
- 05Country Director's CV, along with email contact.
- 06Brief concept note of agency's coming year activities with proposed budgets.
Renew International NGO

- 01Stamped renewal request letter.
- 02Organizational last update Profile.
- 03Registration Certificate of Federal Government of Somalia.
- 04Proof of funds secured from a donor (Offer letter, Contract, etc.).
- 05A report on Results achieved during the past year.
- 06Brief concept note of agency's coming year Activities with proposed budget.
- 07Recommendation letter from the line ministries.
- 08Country Director's CV, along with email contact.
- 09Tax Identification Number.
