About NTP-10

The Northeastern State of Somalia presents the ninth National Transformation Plan (NTP-10), 2025-2030, which provides a path toward building a more stable, peaceful and prosperous Northeastern.

Northeastern is at a critical juncture in its recovery, and the NTP-10 is a testament to the country's commitment to achieving long-term development. The plan is organized around four key pillars that address the nation's most pressing challenges.
